The basic package will include enough storage for most users, and upgraded storage amounts will be available for the power users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with the monthly proactive monitoring, you will also receive assistance with application issues, upgrades, and installations up to an allotted amount.  Any additional support beyond the included amount will be available at a reduced hourly rate.
